Bikespareparts.pk sells motorcycle spare parts and accessories in Pakistan. By placing an order through our website, customers agree to the following Returns & Refund Policy.

When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The item is incomplete or the wrong item was delivered.

  • The item does not match the product details provided on our website.

Photo or video proof may be required to verify the condition of the product and assess the return request.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Used, installed, or modified parts

  • Batteries and tyres

  • Installation services

  • Motorcycles or electric bikes

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is approved by our team due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incorrectly described item.

Replacements and Refunds

Replacement: Approved replacement requests are generally processed within 5–10 working days.

Refund: Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 working days through bank transfer. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

All return, replacement, and refund requests are reviewed according to this policy. Bikespareparts.pk reserves the right to approve or decline a request based on the circumstances of the case and the conditions stated in this policy.
